We are the concession department  brand of NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC.

Policies,Terms, and Agreement

​

You simply choose the option of unfilled candy wall or filled candy wall rental. Should you choose the basic option, you will provide the candy and we (NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC a.k.a. NOLA Candy Wall) provides all equipment including; wooden candy wall, unfilled candy dispensers and jars, affixed candy sign, extension cord(up to 50ft), weights, & led display with remote control. Delivery (up to 20 miles),set up, placement, pick up, and equipment cleaning services are also included to execute a seamless stress-free event.

If you select the the essential rental option. We will provide all equipment and services aforementioned as well as candy (of our choice) for the four mounted dispensers which will be a one time fill. Dispensers' combined fill capacity are up to 200 oz. The essential package includes four candy filled dispensers and 8 empty 80 oz candy jars. Customers are not required to use the empty candy jars, decorative treats display may be placed on the shelves instead. Our premium package comes fully stocked with candy; which includes four, one-time,  filled dispensers and 8, one-time filled, candy jars. Dispenser refills are an additional $60.00/refill and candy jar refills are an additional $150.00/ refill. Refills must be requested during booking. Customers are responsible to carefully refill the dispensers. An attendant can be hired to manage, supervise. and restock the candy wall. Attendant fee is $125.00 for your entire booking duration.

Please note: we will provide candy of our choice. Candy selection is based on suppliers' inventory. We will do our best to supply a mixture of candy (ex: chocolate candy, hard, and soft candies as well as fruity and chewy candies, etc. - mostly from well known brands), however, some candy types may be placed in more than one candy jar and dispenser. We do not provide themed candy selection, however you are free to bring your own decorative candy to fill the candy jars with our basic or essential package. Our team can set the candy wall up at your desired location.

 *4 hour minimum party. Booking is subject to availability.

PAYMENT

Prepayment is required during booking. Payment can be made online to NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC via debit and credit cards, cash, cash app, Venmo, PayPal, and Square or by any other payment method determined by the business. Customers can also choose to pay through the invoice or pay link via email or text upon request. Payment links may reflect NOLA Outdoor Movies, or NOLA Candy Wall. All payments paid to NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC by customers signifies terms and agreement have been read and accepted.

NOLA Outdoor Moviess,LLC  and NOLA Candy Wall take your privacy serious. Please feel free to review our privacy policies 

 

DELIVERY & PICKUP
We only deliver and pick up items on the day of the event. Self Pick-up of orders is strictly not allowed.We pick up the same-day after your event ends. This allows us time to clean and prepare the rental for the following day’s event.

Earliest time of delivery is 8:00 AM for nearby event locations. Next day pickup is only until 1:00 AM for late night parties. This may not reflect our online booking calendar. Feel free to reach out to us to arrange a drop-off time. 

Delivery outside of normal business hours, during smaller time windows, or outside of our local delivery area is available at an additional charge. 

Free delivery within 20 miles of 70124. Delivery fees apply for areas farther out.

WALL SET-UP

Our team will ensure proper set-up before departing. Candy wall remains in place where our team will set up. Should you find a valid (emergency or urgent) need to relocate the wall, it is important to return the included weights back to the rear bottom of the wall after relocation, weights must stay in place at all times. All dispensers and jars must be gently removed prior to relocating the wall.

Furthermore, unplug and lift any plugs. Avoid yanking or pulling any wires. Be certain to consider outlet range. An extension cord will be provided - feel free to use if desired. DO NOT carry candy wall by the shelves. Find flat, comfortable lifting spots, then spread two hands across the wall to carry. Two individuals are required. With that said, please do not place anything heavier than filled candy jars on the two wooden shelves. Serving cups/ small serving dishes may be placed on the acrylic catch shelf -  which is located directly under the mounted candy dispensers. Do not attach anything to the wall (ex: tape, glue, staples, nails, tacks, etc.) No food stainable foods, no drinks of any kind on or near the candy wall. Writing on or altering the candy wall and its parts are strictly prohibited.

FILLING DISPENSERS

We highly suggest placing smaller, round candy (ex: m&m's, skittles, jelly beans, Boston Baked Beans, etc.) into dispensers if you will actually utilize the candy wall. All other candies, gummies, chocolate, etc. can be placed into the shelved candy jars. Using the candy jars is not a requirement, but they are included.

Adult supervision and assistance is required at all times. We will bill clients and customers for any damaged equipment.

REFUNDS

The customer will be assumed to have accepted the goods and rental equipment unconditionally. NO REFUNDS will be issued for services that have been completed. Rescheduling is always an option for services 24 hours prior to the event. We are unable to reschedule the day of your event. NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC will make every effort to accommodate you at no extra charge. If, for any reason, NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC has to cancel services due to emergencies, weather, or for any reason, you will be able to reschedule and receive $50.00 off any of our rental products or services when you rebook, otherwise you have an option to receive a full refund. A refund check will be mailed to address on file to the individual who books our service - be it residential, business, or non-profit organizations. It is important to have the correct contact information on file. 

CANCELLATION

There will be a $75 cancellation fee for all events canceled after initial booking. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel, at most, 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. Any same day cancellation will be charged $100.00 and $150 less than 4 hours of start time.

MODIFICATIONS

The Client and the Business must agree to any changes to this contract in writing.

 

EXPENSES

The client will reimburse NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC for reasonable expenses incurred by the client in the provision of services under this contract. Expenses include, but not limited to, damaged equipment, overtime, delays by customers, etc.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

In the event of severe weather (strong wind, tropical storm, hurricane, etc.…) that makes traveling to your location dangerous or could create an unsafe situation at your location, we reserve the right to reschedule your event to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your event and you are aware in advance, please contact us to begin the rescheduling process.

Again, we do this for safety reasons and to protect our equipment. Options: The customer will be given the option to either cancel the party prior to setup and receive their full refund on their deposit. If the customer still wishes to set up knowing there is inclement weather in the forecast, the booked time will be less than the time originally booked. The customer is still obligated to pay the full rental price and no refund will be given.

 

REFUSAL OF SERVICES

Safety is our number one priority. NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to clients or your guests if we observe behavior which we deem to be a potential threat to our staff, your guests or our equipment. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, obvious intoxication, observed or suspected drug use, aggressive language or behavior, unsafe surroundings, etc. In this case, we may refuse to start an event or terminate an ongoing event. The customer is still obligated to pay the full rental price and no refund will be given.

 

DAMAGES

NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to supplies, material, and  equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of the same by the client's guests. NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC, their employees, contractors, or vendors assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

TRAVEL SURCHARGES

NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC is proudly serving the New Orleans area within 20 miles from our home zip code of 70124. We also service a “secondary” area outside our primary area, but must add a fuel surcharge fee when we travel to the secondary area. Click here to find your distance from us.

PRIVACY

Protecting your privacy is our priority. Any data we collect will only be used to perform our services. We use third party vendors (such as PayPal, Square, Wix, etc) to process payments, book appointments, send text, or e-mails about your service or account. We may use text messages as needed to send updated information and to communicate. We will still use email and phone calls as a means of communication. By booking with us, you agree that NOLA Outdoor Movies LLC, our vendors, and service providers may collect data and may send messages via text, or e-mail.
 

HELD HARMLESS, LIABILITY WAIVER

1)This rental equipment has been received in good condition and will be returned in the same condition (ordinary wear and tear may be accepted) 2) Customer assumes all responsibility for injuries to persons or damages to property, and agrees to release and hold NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC, it’s staff, contractors, and vendors harmless for any and all claims, of whatsoever nature, arising out of use of the rental equipment while in his/her custody. In the event that the release and hold harmless as contained herein is held unenforceable for any reason, Customer hereby agrees to a limit on any damages claimed by Customer to the total paid to NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC. 3) Customer agrees to give our company the right to enter premises of customer at any time to repossess equipment. 4) Customer agrees to reimburse NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC for all attorney fees, an amount not less than 100% of all sums due, court cost and expenses incurred by Rental Company to enforce collection or to preserve or enforce rights under this agreement. 5) Customer agrees not to loan, sublet or otherwise dispose of equipment or use it at any other location. 6) Customer agrees to pay in full the replacement cost, including labor, for all damages to rental equipment. 7) If  rented equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair the renter agrees to pay up to the full price of equipment. 8) Customer agrees to ensure that all users (and users’ guardians) of the rental go over and read all rules. 9) THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. The person/s or organization renting this Equipment from NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC will be held responsible and liable for any and all damage or injury occurring for any reason whatsoever. I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions above. I am aware that while in my care I am fully responsible for all rented equipment and will pay for any loss or damages that may occur.
