Terms & Agreement

BOOKING

You simply provide the movie, media, electric/power, space & guests. We can connect to any streaming device, game console, computer and more. NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC provides all equipment including DVD player, cables and connections to execute a seamless stress-free outdoor movie premiere.*2 hour minimum party. Booking is subject to availability. Please Note: If you use our streaming device, you will need to connect to your media account, such as Netflix, Paramount, Amazon Prime, etc. Please have your login information available to be ready to login on the evening of your event. We are unable to change your booking time, or add more time for delays due to, but not limited to, technical difficulties with accessing your account, login, or internet connection issues. Such issues will not change your booking time. When using a streaming device, access to a modem will be needed to ensure the quality of streaming playback, otherwise you will need a WIFI extender to avoid lag. * Please inform us in advance of the device you will be utilizing.​

* To fully enjoy our screen equipment, we suggest starting movie nights  between 10-30 minutes after your designated time of sunset. Booking before, or within 30 minutes after sunset will not project the best viewing experience. Although some areas produce shade, ambient light will still affect the display.

The image will begin to show more vividly as the evening approaches Civil Twilight time (approx. 30 mins after sunset). If you still need to start your event before the timeframe mentioned, NOLA Outdoor Movies will be more than happy to assist, but please note that your movie or video may not be visible until minutes later.

EXPECTATIONS

Here’s the stuff most dread to address, but here we go. We set our expectations high. We will do everything in our power to perform as expected, and beyond, for our customers. We wouldn’t have it any other way. But, sometimes things happen outside of our control. We can name some, but it is impossible to predict what challenges may take place. We’re all humans. Yet, we will work with our customers as best as we can through the unexpected. We ask that our customers work with us through unpredictable circumstances as well; unless we're all in an apocalypse or something - kidding.  We are a community based organization. Bringing people together for a good time is what we do.

INVOICES

Invoices will be sent to non resident clients. NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC will invoice clients before the event day. The client agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension or termination of the reserved event date.

NOLA Outdoor Movies LLC reserves the right to keep any date open if payment has not been received within 24 hours from the date the invoice gets sent.

 

PAYMENT & PAYMENT METHODS

Prepayment must be made at time of booking. Payment will be made to NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC via debit and credit cards, cash, cash app, PayPal, and Square or by any other payment method determined by the business. Customers can also choose to pay through the invoice or pay link via email or text upon request. All payments paid to NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC by customers signifies terms and agreement have been read and accepted.​

REFUNDS

The customer will be assumed to have accepted the goods and rental equipment unconditionally. NO REFUNDS will be issued for services that have been completed. Rescheduling is always an option for services 24 hours prior to the event. We are unable to reschedule the day of your event. NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC will make every effort to accommodate you at no extra charge. If, for any reason, NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC has to cancel services due to emergencies, weather, or for any reason, you will be able to reschedule and receive $50.00 off any of our rental products or services when you rebook, otherwise you have an option to receive a full refund. A refund check will be mailed to address on file to the individual who books our service - be it residential, business, or non-profit organizations. It is important to have the correct contact information on file. 

CANCELLATION

There will be a $50 cancellation fee for all events canceled after initial deposit is received within 30 days of your reserved event date. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel, at most, 48 hours prior to the scheduled date, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00. Any same day cancellation will be charged $100.00 and $150 less than 4 hours of start time.​

MODIFICATIONS

The Client and the Business must agree to any changes to this contract in writing.

EXPENSES

The client will reimburse NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC for reasonable expenses incurred by the client in the provision of services under this contract. Expenses include, but not limited to, damaged equipment, overtime, delays by customers, etc.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

In the event of severe weather (strong wind, tropical storm, hurricane, etc.…) that makes traveling to your location dangerous or could create an unsafe situation at your location, we reserve the right to reschedule your event to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your event and you are aware in advance, please contact us to begin the rescheduling process.

Again, we do this for safety reasons and to protect our equipment. Options: The customer will be given the option to either cancel the party prior to setup and receive their full refund on their deposit. If the customer still wishes to have the inflatable setup knowing there is inclement weather in the forecast, then the inflatable/rental equipment and service will be for a time less than the time originally booked. The customer is still obligated to pay the full rental price and no refund will be given.

REFUSAL OF SERVICES

Safety is our number one priority. NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to clients or your guests if we observe behavior which we deem to be a potential threat to our staff, your guests or our equipment. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, obvious intoxication, observed or suspected drug use, aggressive language or behavior, unsafe surroundings, etc. In this case, we may refuse to start an event or terminate an ongoing event. The customer is still obligated to pay the full rental price and no refund will be given.

DAMAGES

NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of the same by the client's guests. NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC, their employees, contractors, or vendors assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

TRAVEL SURCHARGES

NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC is proudly serving the New Orleans area within 25 miles from our home zip code of 70124. We also service a “secondary” area outside our primary area, but must add a fuel surcharge fee when we travel to the secondary area. Click here to find your distance from us.

PRIVACY

Protecting your privacy is our priority. Any data we collect will only be used to perform our services. We use third party vendors (such as PayPal, Square, Wix, etc) to process payments, book appointments, send text, or e-mails about your service or account. We may use text messages as needed to send updated information and to communicate. We will still use email and phone calls as a means of communication. By booking with us, you agree that NOLA Outdoor Movies LLC, our vendors, and service providers may collect data and may send messages via text, or e-mail.
 

HELD HARMLESS, LIABILITY WAIVER

NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC is not responsible for striking or damaging any underground utility lines/devices (including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, etc.). It is the renter’s responsibility to tell us where the inflatable is to be set up and have any underground utility lines marked prior too. 6) Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is dangerous and must not be allowed. NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC LIABILITY DISCLAIMER 1) This rental equipment has been received in good condition and will be returned in the same condition (ordinary wear and tear may be accepted) 2) Customer assumes all responsibility for injuries to persons or damages to property, and agrees to release and hold NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC, it’s staff, contractors, and vendors harmless for any and all claims, of whatsoever nature, arising out of use of the rental equipment while in his/her custody. In the event that the release and hold harmless as contained herein is held unenforceable for any reason, Customer hereby agrees to a limit on any damages claimed by Customer to the total paid to NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC. 3) Customer agrees to give our company the right to enter premises of customer at any time to repossess equipment. 4) Customer agrees to reimburse NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC for all attorney fees, an amount not less than 100% of all sums due, court cost and expenses incurred by Rental Company to enforce collection or to preserve or enforce rights under this contract. 5) Customer agrees not to loan, sublet or otherwise dispose of equipment or use it at any other location. 6) Customer agrees to pay in full the replacement cost, including labor, for all damages to rental equipment. 7) If the inflatable and all rented equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair the renter agrees to pay up to the full price of equipment. 8) Customer agrees to ensure that all users (and users’ guardians) of the rental go over and read all rules. 9) THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. The person/s or organization renting this Equipment from NOLA Outdoor Movies, LLC will be held responsible and liable for any and all damage or injury occurring for any reason whatsoever. I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions above. I am aware that while in my care I am fully responsible for the inflatable and all rented equipment and will pay for any loss or damages that may occur.
